LED Fiber Optic Whip is an advanced flow toy created by attaching multiple strands of fiber optic cabling to an LED powerhouse. The colorful light emitted from the powerhouse then travels to the end of each fiber strand to create a bright point of light.
Fiber Optics Whips are commonly used for dancing at raves, EDM festivals, flow arts, and stage performances.
If you’ve ever been to an EDM festival or rave before, chances are you’ve come across someone holding an LED device that covers the user in a shroud of dancing luminescence. This device is called a Space Whip, and the one-of-a-kind fiber optic toy wouldn’t be possible without the use of fiber optic strands.
LED Fiber Optic Whip light source is a neopixel jewel, with seven addressable pixels allowing for an amazing array of color changes and animations. The end-glow fibers dance around in the air and create a whirl of color points that is mesmerizing to watch and incredibly fun to play with. I never want to put it down.
The handle is 3d printed and fits the battery and all the electronics inside. There's a button for changing modes and an on-off switch. It's got an onboard battery charger too, so you can play with it for hours and then recharge by plugging in a USB cable.

The Fiber Optics Fabric is made of ultra-thin optical fibers, directly woven with synthetic fibers. The optical fibers are specially processed in order to allow the light to be emitted along the full length of the fibers (side emitting fibers). The optical fibers are then connected to ultra-bright LEDs (embedded in borders at the edge of the fabric), which inject light into the fabric. The Fiber Optics Fabric is available in a dozen of colors. It is water resistant and can be washed. The main applications of the Fiber Optics Fabric technology are clothes, home decoration, interior architecture, stage decoration, luxury boat or cars decoration, furnitures, and special events.
