Caution Ofapplication:

Liquid light guide is composed of silica window, core material, cortex pipe, casing, dust cap and metalconnector, belonging to the precision devices and fragile devices. Please pay attention to the followingitems.

1.Please handle gently to avoid metal collision and falling fast. If so, it is easy to cause the damage ofoptical window, the optical fiber will scrap. When not in use, please set the dust cap on the opticalwindow to avoid unnecessary damage of optical window.

2.Fiber has a certain bending radius in technology, so when in use,please try to expand the bending radiusto avoid bending fiber lf so, it is easy to cause cortex pipe creases or broken inside the fiber, and fibertransmission rate will be significantly reduced, or even scrapped.

3.Avoid extrusion, if it exceeds the bearing strength of the sheath, it is easy to cause the inside of the fiber optic tube to fold or break, and the transmittance of the optical fiber will be obviously reduced,or even scrapped.

4.If the optical window sticks dust or dirt, please clean with lens cleaning cloth and alcohol cotton. Pleasedon't use the hard things to scratch, or it will cause the scratch on the optical window, and affect the opticalfiber transmission.

5.If there is a organic glue on the optical window, please don't scratch with hard things, please use theorganic solution which can dissolve organic matter but cause no damage to the metal joint, such as alcoholacetone, ethyl acetate to soak the metal joint. Or bake with a temperature not higher than 250°C , and thenuse the lens cleaning cloth and the alcohol cotton to clean the optical window.

6.The fiber core material is a kind of inorganic salt solution which is harmless to the human body. If thefiber is damaged, please directly pour the core material into tap water sewer. lf the core material adhered tothe clothes and skin, as soon as possible wash it with tap water.
